James Faillettaz

Founder & CEO

James founded Verus Praedium Holding to operate real estate the way an investor wishes someone would: one disciplined team across the whole lifecycle. He started trading at twelve, studied economics, philosophy, and statistics, and took part in NSF-funded research before liquidating his portfolio to buy and operate property. He underwrites with three-statement rigor and looks for the overlooked block before the market sees it.
