How rehab works here

Rehab is where most operators leak time and money, so we engineered it out. We work from standardized scopes and durable, repeatable finishes, the deep-green kitchens and clean tilework that have become the signature of a Verus Praedium property, so the crews know the playbook and the buildings hold up. Software-driven scheduling keeps projects moving and keeps surprises from compounding into delays.

Because construction reports into the same house that underwrote the deal, the budget that priced the acquisition is the budget the crews build to. There is no adversarial handoff between an investor and an outside general contractor, no change-order games, no scope drift. We also take on a small number of select third-party renovation and turns projects across the Twin Cities each year.
