We do the opposite, with a full internal staff handling leasing, maintenance, collections, and resident care across our 191 doors and the third-party owners who trust us with theirs. High-touch, resident-centric management protects value the honest way, through retention, clear communication, and fair processes that keep good residents in good homes.

A resident who is treated well and lives in a building that is genuinely cared for tends to stay, and retention is the quietest, most durable form of return we have. Because we managed and rehabbed the same homes we underwrote, our operations run on clean data and no finger-pointing. Maintenance feedback flows straight back to construction and acquisitions, sharpening the buy box and the build scope on the next deal.

Caring for a building is also caring for a block. As each property is kept well and run fairly, the neighborhood around it improves, well-kept, profitable, and accessible to the people who already call it home.
