Most real estate runs on hand-offs. A broker finds the deal, a fund underwrites it, a contractor rehabs it, a third-party manager runs it. Value leaks at every seam, and the data is gone by the time anyone needs it.

VPH closes the seams. We own and operate four companies that each hold one link of the chain, sourcing to underwriting to rehab to management, under a single roof. Handoffs shrink, the data stays clean, and the decisions that compound get made by people who answer to the same outcome.
